Strong Suction Cup with Reusable Gel
Please clean the dashboard/windshield and mount the suction cup on the dashboard/Windshield. Please push the suction cup harder against the flat surface and push the locker twice to the bottom to ensure the stability, the gel on the bottom is reusable, you can wash it with warm water and let it dry naturally and press and lock it again.
 
Adjustable Claw for Perfect Viewing Angle
Adjust the lever horizontally at a proper angle to match the air vents, having the holder touch the vent bottom surface (not inserting it into the vent) so it can form a triangle position, then press and hold the lever to insert into your car's air vents making the claw more stable to hold your phone.

Please Take Note:
Plug the cable into QC 3.0 / 2.0 car charger to ensure fast charging; Non-QC car charger, 2.4A car charger or USB Port doesn't support fast charging which will not supply enough power to this device.
 
Metal attachments, expandable grips, or credit cards will interfere with charging. Cases that contain metal, such as Pitaka, Evutec, and Spigen QNMP, will trigger foreign object detection and interrupt charging.
 
Using your phone for GPS navigation or music while charging will significantly affect charging speed. Power drain may be higher than charging speed while using a GPS app.
You can prevent overheating by not using your phone while charging and adjusting the car mount position under the dashboard's surface to minimize heat.
 
The Wireless Car Charger is equipped with an adjustable bottom tray to help to align your phone correctly.
 
Please don't mount on soft, vinyl, curved, plush fabrics, or bumpy surface. The bottom is a Washable suction cup.
 
Rinsing and then air-drying the suction cup after using it for a long time can restore the stickiness and improve adhesion to the surface.

Cost of Delivery

We offer FREE Delivery for orders above R1250.

For all other orders, we charge a delivery fee of R79.

How long does delivery take?

We deliver in 3-4 working days. 

Some outlying areas can expect up to 5 working days.

If a product is on 'pre-order', it will be highlighted on the product page as such. These are orders that have already been placed with our manufacturer but are not yet ready for distribution.

We decided to be transparent and show you the delivery cost, rather than hiding it in the price. We would rather be honest with you and keep working on better pricing options to give you a better experience with us!


We value transparency and honesty, that is why we do NOT hide the price of shipping in the product price.


In order to offer you the best prices in South Africa, we unfortunately cannot afford to pay for everyone's shipping. We also didn't want to hide the shipping cost in the price. We are working on a system that may allow cheaper shipping in the near future, we will keep our community updated!

Your order is fully insured from the moment it leaves us, right up until it’s in your hands! We only work with trusted door-to-door couriers.

Tracking Number

You will receive an email with a tracking number and link as soon as your goods have left our warehouse in Cape Town.


All orders received by 11 am will be processed the same day and dispatched the following working day on condition that payment reflects in the bank account of Monthly Madness and assuming no stock availability issues. Orders placed on weekends will be processed on the following Monday.

Returns and Refund

Your 100% satisfaction is important for us. We offer a 30-days Return & Exchange Policy:

  • If a product gets damaged or was faulty upon a delivery - we offer 100% refund.
  • Timing: we have a 30-days Return & Exchange Policy, since the day item was received.
  • To be eligible for a return, goods must be unopened, unused, undamaged and accompanied by proof of purchase.
  • For returns, please email admin@monthlymadness.co.za with the subject 'Returns' and include your order number, name and the reason for the return.
  • Seller will provide the customer with instructions where to send returned goods. Customers are strongly recommended to get proof of postage when returning goods to avoid "lost packages" situations.
  • Please note that customers are responsible for shipping costs of returned items.
  • When returned item is received and inspected, customer receives a confirmation email, notifying about the status of the refund.
  • If the refund is approved, then it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to customer's credit card or original payment method shortly after.

Defective goods

  • If your product is giving you any problems we offer a standard 6 month defective product warranty on all goods purchased through Monthly Madness
  • Goods will be collected and assessed before any refunds are made
  • Certain goods will have a warranty longer than 6 months which will be stated on the product page
