How to use the device?

 

  1. Turn lid anti-clockwise to take off
  2. When using the device for the first time, soak the cotton tube in water
  3. Fill the “cup” with water – 250-300ml (Please do not add any aromatherapy oils)
  4. Place cotton tube back and turn the lid clockwise to put it back on
  5. Plug the USB cable into the device and then plug the USB into any compatible device with a USB port

Press once for Continuous Humidifying

Press twice for Intermittent Humidifying
Press three times to switch Off

(Please note that if you leave it running the item will automatically switch off after 4 hours of use or before the water runs out to prevent the device from a burnout)

Care Instructions

-Simply wipe down with a damp cloth (microfiber if possible) and only use water, do not use any abrasive cleaning detergents.
-This device cannot be submerged
-This device is not dishwasher safe

-Only use room temperature water

Cost of Delivery

We charge a delivery fee of R79 for all orders on Monthly Madness.

How long does delivery take?

We deliver in 2-4 working days. 

Some outlying areas can expect up to 5 working days. 

Orders made after 11am will be processed the following working day.

We value transparency and honesty, that is why we do NOT hide the price of shipping in the product price.

In order to offer you the best prices in South Africa, we unfortunately cannot afford to pay for everyone's shipping. We also didn't want to hide the shipping cost in the price. We are working on a system that may allow cheaper shipping in the near future, we will keep our community updated!

We only operate and deliver within the borders of South Africa.

Your order is fully insured from the moment it leaves us, right up until it’s in your hands! We only work with trusted door-to-door couriers.

Tracking Number

You will receive an email with a tracking number and link as soon as your goods have left our warehouse in Cape Town.

All orders received by 11 am will be processed the same day and dispatched the following working day on condition that payment reflects in the bank account of Monthly Madness and assuming no stock availability issues. Orders placed on weekends will be processed on the following Monday.

Returns and Refund

Your 100% satisfaction is important for us. We offer a 30-days Return & Exchange Policy:

  • If a product gets damaged or was faulty upon a delivery - we offer 100% refund.
  • Timing: we have a 30-days Return & Exchange Policy, since the day item was received.
  • To be eligible for a return, goods must be unopened, unused, undamaged and accompanied by proof of purchase.
  • For returns, please email admin@monthlymadness.co.za with the subject 'Returns' and include your order number, name and the reason for the return.
  • Seller will provide the customer with instructions where to send returned goods. Customers are strongly recommended to get proof of postage when returning goods to avoid "lost packages" situations.
  • Please note that customers are responsible for shipping costs of returned items.
  • When returned item is received and inspected, customer receives a confirmation email, notifying about the status of the refund.
  • If the refund is approved, then it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to customer's credit card or original payment method shortly after.

Defective goods

  • If your product is giving you any problems we offer a standard 6 month defective product warranty on all goods purchased through Monthly Madness
  • Goods will be collected and assessed before any refunds are made
  • Certain goods will have a warranty longer than 6 months which will be stated on the product page
