The key chip of the FIIL T1 Lite wireless headphones is newly upgraded, now supporting Bluetooth 5.2 and polished antenna adjustment technology combined with an Advanced Audio Codec, the headset connection is now faster, and the transmission of music is more stable overall.

IPX7 Waterproof Rating
The FIIL T1 Lite Earphones are rated as IPX7, meaning you should be able to take these buds with you into the shower, if you really wanted to. IPX7 also means that they are protected against immersion in water at a depth of 1 meter.

Delightfully Compact
With the charging case weighing just 29g and earbuds only weighing 4g, these buds are no problem to carry around with you all day.

Impressive Battery Life
The case itself takes just 1.5 to fully charge. Each charge of the earbuds will last up to 7 hours allowing 32 hours of total battery life per fully charged case. Charging the earphones for 5-minutes can give you approximately 1 hour listening time.

Connectivity
The Bluetooth connection on this device is solid, stable up to 10m away from your computer or phone. The earbuds are already connected to your device when you remove them from the case. You can also switch between listening mono and stereo – just put one earbud in the case to charge and it’ll automatically swap to mono, take the second bud out again and the sound will return to stereo.

Touch Control Options
With the FIIL+ App, you can activate extensive control on the touch feature of the buds. Double-tap L or R to play/pause, change the volume or skip a song, to name a few. You can also manage certain options, like having your music pause automatically when you take an earbud out, resuming again when you put it back in.

Cost of Delivery

We charge a delivery fee of R79 for all orders on Monthly Madness.

How long does delivery take?

We deliver in 2-4 working days. 

Some outlying areas can expect up to 5 working days. 

Orders made after 11am will be processed the following working day.

Why do we charge for delivery fee?

We know that some companies offer free shipping - this is because they the shipping price in the price (it's a sneaky little tactic). 

We decided to be transparent and show you the delivery cost, rather than hiding it in the price. We would rather be honest with you and keep working on better pricing options to give you a better experience with us!

We value transparency and honesty, that is why we do NOT hide the price of shipping in the product price.

In order to offer you the best prices in South Africa, we unfortunately cannot afford to pay for everyone's shipping. We also didn't want to hide the shipping cost in the price. We are working on a system that may allow cheaper shipping in the near future, we will keep our community updated!

We only operate and deliver within the borders of South Africa.

Handling & Insurance

Your order is fully insured from the moment it leaves us, right up until it’s in your hands! We only work with trusted door-to-door couriers.

Tracking Number

You will receive an email with a tracking number and link as soon as your goods have left our warehouse in Cape Town.

All orders received by 11 am will be processed the same day and dispatched the following working day on condition that payment reflects in the bank account of Monthly Madness and assuming no stock availability issues. Orders placed on weekends will be processed on the following Monday.

Returns and Refund

Your 100% satisfaction is important for us. We offer a 30-days Return & Exchange Policy:

  • If a product gets damaged or was faulty upon a delivery - we offer 100% refund.
  • Timing: we have a 30-days Return & Exchange Policy, since the day item was received.
  • To be eligible for a return, goods must be unopened, unused, undamaged and accompanied by proof of purchase.
  • For returns, please email admin@monthlymadness.co.za with the subject 'Returns' and include your order number, name and the reason for the return.
  • Seller will provide the customer with instructions where to send returned goods. Customers are strongly recommended to get proof of postage when returning goods to avoid "lost packages" situations.
  • Please note that customers are responsible for shipping costs of returned items.
  • When returned item is received and inspected, customer receives a confirmation email, notifying about the status of the refund.
  • If the refund is approved, then it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to customer's credit card or original payment method shortly after.

Defective goods

  • If your product is giving you any problems we offer a standard 6 month defective product warranty on all goods purchased through Monthly Madness
  • Goods will be collected and assessed before any refunds are made
  • Certain goods will have a warranty longer than 6 months which will be stated on the product page
