Note:
- If your computer does not recognize the external device, you would need to install a CD/DVD driver. You can download Microsoft Drivers for Windows by searching for it in Google.
- The new released Windows system has discontinued the internal DVD media player software. Customers using Windows 10 and above are advised to Install VLC Media player to Play the DVD and CD.
- Some external devices require enough electricity supply to operate properly, so make sure your power cord is plugged into your laptop or use a powered USB hub on the notebook.
